It was my favorite Christmas hymn when I was a little girl, and it remains one of my favorites to this day.
A thrill of hope, the weary world rejoices,
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn...

His coming still brings hope and joy to a weary world...and to our weary hearts.
He invites us to rest -
"Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)
